Mark has been helping businesses negotiate software contracts for over 30 years. In the past, he has worked for both Gartner and Forrester Research where he advised their clients on software negotiation and ensured they got the best enterprise software deals. For more than three decades, Mark has been helping businesses around the World save money and he is passionate about helping many more businesses save money too.


Mark works regularly with some of the World’s biggest companies and while most of them have dedicated IT Procurement teams, they also appreciate the powerful insight an independent negotiation expert can bring to ensure they optimise all software deals in their favour and don’t miss a trick. Mark also knows that not every Company can afford a dedicated software Procurement team so that’s where he can quickly step in to fill the gap and to ensure the bigger and more important software deals and contract renewals are optimised and their precious IT spend is given the care and attention it deserves.

My job, as well as helping businesses negotiate better software deals and save money, is also to keep software suppliers honest and ensure they treat their customers fairly.
